Why doesn't it work?

Hello! i want do download a beautiful skin, but this url doesn't work !!! can someone help me?!

coz u need some kind of downloadind program to download it or try opening the file you download with the program its for - other than that im as confused as u are

It is a theme manager file. Theme Manager is needed to apply a "suite" of skins for various applications. To use Theme Manager, you also need to have the various Stardock programs installed. (And yes ...that is a beautiful suite )

Theme Manager will automatically download and apply all the skins of a particular theme. (That you choose)

I'm having a similar problem. I can't access the wincustomize webpage from my home computer but anywhere else is fine. Is there something wrong with my IP? HELP!
