wasnt it all about *not* to change the first and the last letter in each word?

however, 100,000 metascorepoints are indeed impressive. :CONGRAT:

First, there was the election. Then, of course, the mandatory recount that is the standard of 22nd century democracies (or some regime trying to pass itself off as such). But now you have to face the horrible reality that the wookie porn moguls will now finance a huge recall campaign claiming they are underrepresented and marginalized at the fringes of Jedi society merely because of their careers.

Besides, they will claim that at least having a wookie on the council would greatly improve government. Bills would no longer sit in limbo for months being hashed out. The debate would end when the easily annoyed wookie would get a headache trying to understand all those big numbers and fancy terms and displays violent, roaring anger as it attempted to dismantle everyone and everything in the room. This would lead to simple, clean bills that go straight to vote, or at least wookie proponents so claim. Could this be the solution to battling the Sith's most fearsome legislative weapons: the caucus and committee?

Morbutor - yes, but I reserve the right to change the rules...I'm a pirate, y'know ;)

been to virginia, US, once. those stop signs that ive encountered (i think it was in alexandria, near DC) were not even helpful suggestions, they were completely pointless.

in other parts of the wolrd, they are sometimes placed much more intelligently :P

Morbutor - never visit England. We went on a driving holiday last year. The standard excuse is that the English organised the street signs to confuse the invading Germans in WW2 - their 'signs' are often on small posts, a couple of feet off the ground, or only visible driving from one direction and not the other. Sheesh!

I feel sorry for ANZAC; Cotal left them. Now we are only 30,000 points behind 6th.

Submit more games, Jedi(and Sith)!!!!

I don't really, I think its hilarious. Poetic justice if you ask me. I remember them bragging when they overtook us. I told them that without Cotal they weren't so impressive. Looks like I was right.

I'd say good job on getting to 6th place, but apparently it is because ANZAC's members are leaving.

Oh well, let's keep up the presure on the Canadians!

Feel sorry I do for the ANZACian's, though, there mouths they should watch. They were, as it has been proven, quite reliable on Cotal for their ranking. As the old saying goes, "Diversity is the KEY to Success!!"

Wow, miss a couple of days and the Metaverse trembles... I'm going to have to check out the Anzac thread and see what's been happening. There are a couple of empires that might deserve a chuckle of "poetic justice" in bad times, but I think that the Anzacs have been good neighbors on the whole. Even if I can't understand what Bluesteel is saying half of the time. I'm sure they'll be back in the thick of things before long.

Morbutor, where are you in Germany? I'm going to be going to Frankfurt, Frieburg (think that's how it's spelled) and Offenburg on a business trip in the near future. Any good bars over there? :)

Yoda, it seems that everyone who's spoken up is pleased with the outcome of the elections. I suggest we get our new Senators on the Senate without further delay.

I'll work out a few changes to the website this weekend. KEmperor, are you happy with your saber blade color? You're eligible for any that you prefer with your recent promotion.

A final note: I have glimpsed the future in the Force, and a powerful new Jedi approaches. I've convinced my best friend of 20 years into trying GalCiv. He's just been posted to an Army base in Arizona and has no Internet connection yet, but when he does, I expect he'll jump in with both feet. And he's a Star Wars fanatic.

May the Force be with y'all.

Exciting Obi-Wan, been doing some outside recruiting I see. As to my blade color, I have two ideas floating around inside my head. The first one is black, but I dont know if that would look good. So I've decided that a nice dark violet would be pretty cool. What do you think? And as for senators, I hope those of us elected can take their postions soon; darken the force a little.
