Grayscale Wallpapers

I have a 1280 x 800 resolution and am having significant ttroubles finding grayscale wallpapers to go with my theme. Ive been forced to take the Gms light wallpaper and mod it to 1280 x 800. If anyone has any good wallpapers or sites it would be much appreciated. E-mail: [email protected]

About the best suggestion I can make about that is to convert the backrounds you have, it takes only a second and you can pretty much convert any BG. If you have a few fav's just open them up in your graffix prog (ie: paint shop pro, photo shop, corel, photo impact..etc..etc)and change the data type to greyscale, set it as wallpaper and enjoy!

Look in the wallpapers setion for one called AeroWorld. It has a 1280x800 version in the zip. Pretty nice wall too. Can't remember the author.

Hmmmm, Lantec, I did a search for that wall paper myself( being the curious individual I am!..LoL) and it came up empty.
Perhaps there is a different spelling of the WP title?

oh... back to the thread, if you have a image editing software, you could just get one and turn it into black and white.

Thanks a lot I do love that Aero wallpaper (joeknowledge, just do a search for aero and its your first result, and if u want a gmail account lemme know). I've been cutting the focus points and main artwork out of wallpapers for 4:3 screens and creating new background for them but it gets a bit tedious...

DeviantART has the best collection of widescreen wallpapers and even it has a small library... widescreen needs to get more widespread to desktop machines..

Found it!, my mistake was typing the search phrase in as a single word as it was posted here, "Aero", or infact "Aero World" both work perfectly.
