Best screen capture for Stardock products

Today';s magic word is "free"

I was looking to do a little screen capture to describe how I have customized my desktops (Windowblinds, OD+, DesktopX, Multiplicity) a la' Stardock TV (sdtv.joeuser.com)Link. But the encoders I have used don't show OD. Does anyone know if there a good (free) encoder to let me show off the skinners out there have done for me? If it can add a layer of sound, even better. But I can alway do that post production.

Thanks

I use Print-screen for everything actually.

Print-Screen works well, of course. But call me lazy, I don't like having to paste after every one. I like to be able to take a series of screen shots (when I am making them for a series of OD backgrounds for example) and then be able to mess with them later. For that I use Hoversnap. Catches everything.

Sorry, crappy title. Thanks for the replies.

I actually want to capture live video. I use a Docklet called Capture that works really well. But how do show live stuff, docks popping out, WinFX animations, winblinds transparencies?

Brad, whatever happend to SDTV? I showed those off to anyone who would come near my PC.
