So after seeing a # of unsuccessfull attempts to make a CTU background (based on the 24 show), I've decided to take things into my own hands and hopefully make one for everyone to share.
Trying to mimic something like this: http://www.24fans.de/24/wallpaper/CTU_DESKTOP_1024x768.jpg
Making the bottom objects (Display, Channel, Database, External) the start bar and maybe where it says SAT.COM making that the space for the system tray icons.
Any help?
I was also looking to see how I could create widgets (or whatever) to put on the desktop portion to mimic the applications (ex. weather, time, cpu process, etc.)
