Throbber Changing?

Is there a way to insert a throbber from another Windowblind into one that is throbberless? Or to change the one that is there? Any help is appreciated.

Hey SD, I think you would have to add it to the skins that you want, edit or change image for ones that have throbber. In SkinStudio throbber is a sub of Toolbar Icons in Explorer tree. I have the latest beta of SKS and throbber is still an unsupported feature.
Hope this helps.
Tweak UI can change throbber. It does only seem, the times I have tried it to change IE only not Explorer. You would need to move all throbbers to another folder so not have to have to select them from your WB skins, lots of searching or remembering which skins have throbber.

In Skin Studio it's listed under the Toolbar Icons Section as "Throbber (unsupported feature) and it's a square image (probably 24x24) that's painted as a rectangle and the upper left pixel controls the background color.

Mine works fairly well. I just wanted to try somebody else's one time to see how it looked. I .... uhm. no, I guess I better leave it at that.

I took my throbber for a walk the other day. It needed some air....

Throbbers are over-rated anyhow!

I get lots of email about throbber enhancement, but it doesn't say much about WB settings...

This little proggie from EdenSoft does the trick for me. http://www.edensoft.com/products.html

"I get lots of email about throbber enhancement,"

Maybe you should have had it all redirected to Bichur's mailbox....an enhanced throbber has less chance of breaking

TMI! TMI!

Ever notice that people who have throbbers that work really well, never say that?

Not sure I'd trust my throbber to a prog with Soft in the title
Maybe if it was EdenPizzZazz

"Not only is my throbber enhanced, I have Delicious Balls and I can have my Ballz swing."

I used to go to a few balls...last one I was looking for my Cinderella and ended up leaving with one of the ugly sisters.

Throbber never quite worked the same after that....would occasionally flicker in IE but never again in FF

Actually, to be quite truthful, I'd forgotten all about my throbber until Bichur's and SD's threads appeared....never used it that much, really.

Generally speaking, I look at the progress bar when the page is loading

On second thoughts, I'd love to get more use out of my throbber.
It has been ages since I last saw it, and even longer since I tinkered with it.

The thing is, if I can't see it properly, I forget all about it being there.
If I could see it more clearly, I'd enjoy it more I'm sure.

Perhaps I should lose a bit of weight!!

With so many icons and shortcuts on my toolbar, my throbber is cluttered and quite obscured, so do I remove some of these useful tools, or could my throbber be relocated to become, not necessarily enhanced, but more visible?
