Back when all of this started I caught a comic on one of the late nite shows who questioned, " What is insider trading?, It's like when your girlfriend at the Wal-Mart tells you not to buy that blouse today, it's going on sale tommorow."
We've ALL done something like that, and what's worse is we profitted from it, Martha has lost MILLIONS over a 40k whisper.....
I pity her, she's been persecuted for being a super successful, albiet, arrogant businessperson, she's a scapegoat that no one except her stockholders and K-Mart will miss.

Must agree, and might have done it unconsciously. The stock market is a different playing field though, and you can't just mess with the players.
