I am thinking about buying photoshop elements 4, because i had elements 2, and i thought it was great. i have never had Paint Shop Pro, so i do not know about is ease of use, elements 2(and 4 trial) are so easy to use, and haw powerful it is. what do you like? what is good for web design? what is the easyest to use?

When I load Gimp it stops at "Loading Fonts" Gimp stops responding, and then it takes a year to load. after it loads it works fine. this happened after i install a font. does anyone know how to fix it.

i am not sure, but i think you have to edit the windowblinds skin to remove the user icon.
