I like new order, it should produce more balanced games. Or it WOULD produce more balanced games if ICO wasn't so deserted. Anyway, if sins gets off from the ground with next patch I think we should try to adopt this.

Any change that increases overall efficiency is a buff, direct or indirect. And it's a bit more than few seconds:). It's significant decrease in micro. I haven't played much beta yet so can't really tell how much of an impact it has, probably not that much, but it wasn't the point of my post. Point was TEC has plenty perfectly viable, highly efficient strats and boosting middle chain of most of them is bad for balance.

If you are willing to learn and listen you can skip SP all together. If you are "I WILL START EVERY MATCH BY SPAMMING TURRETS AROUND HW EVERY FREAKING TIME AND NO ONE WILL STOP ME !!!!1111" type of a player then stick with SP. Sins players bashing every new guy is a myth, only morons have a hard time. If you are willing to learn someone will usually help you.

No. Smurfing didn't kill sins. I think it had very negligable effect. Ironclad killed online sins by neglecting ICO and releasing single player focused Diplo. I can understand personal vendettas, BiA/DT rivalry and other crap... but FFS. It's just too obvious. DT smurfs stacking games happened how often? 1 in 20 games? Give me a break, things like that don't decrease peak player counts from 150 to 30/40. It's the system, not naughty player behaviour.

I actually had 3 GAMES IN A ROW last weekend, some of them as large as 4v4!!! Sins may not be as dead as I and many others thought, it's more of a clinical death. Other games blow, blow hard. Don't play that starcraft dawn of war etc crap made for braindead 10 year olds. BACK TO SINS NOW! RESUSCITATE!! RESUSCITATE!!

I love this game, can't find real replacement but waiting 30-40min for a 3v3 match is not worth it. I'd say sins are dead, this saturday at ~22:00 GMT i saw like 20 people. Better to ask: what you guys are playing now? I moved to DoW2, unfortunately it blows. Pretty dumb clickfest.
