In regards to your number one: The time it takes to cast a teleport is not minor when it comes to battle. You can very, very easily begin casting a teleport before the outcome is determined. Also you aren't sure if they have a QoT, Sedna or Oak running towards them in fog to aid, if they have a potion on them to change the tide or what. You get half the gold if your just counted as an assist, this is good had the person not aided you would then be out half of whatever the amount of go

It would see MORE use then Probably not by experienced players, since you don't need the item later in the game, wheras other favor items are still useful.
The game woul
Unclean Beast + Rook Foul Grasp + Boulder Roll
Ice > Fire. I used fire for a while but after switching, ice easily is better. Ice blooms later than fire though in my opinion because it relies on all skills, where fire you can lob a fireball over and over for decent damage.
I think it needs the duration increased, take twice as long to heal the same amount or similar. It is easy to abuse it, it's a very powerful item.

Backdooring is one of the few effective strategies. It is extremly difficult regardless to make comebacks. Backdooring = Get the enemy spawn portals even if you are running through towers to get to them, lock them down, port out.
I had this issue today, and what fixed it for me, and then later on other users whom I suggested it to was the following: 1. Close Demigod if it is open 2. Launch Impulse 3. Click the Community Tab in Impulse, then Click the Games Tab (at the bottom) within the Community area. 4. Create a game (top right) What this will do is launch demigod, with you automatically logged in hosting a game. You can then cancel your created game and you'll still be logged
Play custom games and just turn favor off for now, or recommend that the host does - most people don't care especially now given most of the time they start with none. It isn't a low priority if you watch the day 7 movie they did in the journal section they talk about it a bit.
I approve of this suggestion [e digicons]B)[/e]
Sell your old games on ebay, or you could get comparable credit to what gamestop will give you for them just by handing them to the garbage man.
I think some items that cater to casters would be a good addition, such as (any values/names are obviously just pulled out of thin air for examples) Power Staff - While equipped abilities that have values are raised by 10% -- So Fireball would doo 330 instead of 300, Queen's shield would block 10% more damage, Sedna's Heal, etc. Double Staff - High mana cost to use, on use next spell cast within 10 seconds does double damage I just think, t
Both. At the beginning of the match usually just myself, I'll spend the 1k on myself, then the rest will generally go to citadel for a bit.
I can just see someone doing this on accident. I don't think this is a new "exploit," and that Stardock and GPG didn't see this one coming. It really isn't beneficial for you if you kill yourself unless you steal your enemy's kill by killing yourself. Killing yourself just for the gold isn't really worth waiting for the death counter and losing valuable time to gain experience or farm gold. But if you can kill yourself just before the enemy kills y
I find it kind of funny myself there aren't any items that up spell/skill type damage, probably just to not have mass fireball teams or something . I'm not going to get into the rest of your post,
Bracelet of rage sounds so hot. I've yet to actually try it though. I usually buy scaled helm and scalemail at start, then sell if needed later, don't lose much gold at all and they help a ton.
Another reason why I like Sedna more, her heal doubles as on AoE dmg at later levels [e digicons]:D[/e]
Agent, you seriously need to smoke a fattie and just relax.
Well, those hiccups could also be caused by a player who has an unsteady connection to one of the other players and it's not necessarely related to ping.
If I have yet to get them in a game with people under 250 ping I'll stick to that approach. Like I said, you are more than welcome to host your own custom games - the only game type ping is even shown in before you join.
In Supreme Commander, everything below a Ping of 500 is fine. I don't know if the same thing still applies to Demigod.
I start noticing it fairly badly with around 300 in this game, games starts to hiccup alot. All the games I host I put 250 ping max in the game name. I don't care if you live in Antartica, if it is under 250 I'll let you in. Any more than that and, well host your own game if you like.
Yeah, this is to much. Teleports should be able to be interrupted. Buy the reusable speed buff item instead of mass teleports if you want to run away. It's less than 2k.
I have been trying these types of builds and have also been rather underwhelmed with them. I contiually am trying because I figure it must just be me not utilizing them properly, but I've yet to actually play 1 game where I felt the creep skills were more important than other skills available to a general. Queen of Thorns has been the one I've been trying the most lately, her closed form is practically designed to be nearly 100% creep utilization with the added bonus of having her shi
If I had to pick one I would say Unclean Beast, because of Foul Grasp. Foul Grasp not triggering stun immunity puts him a cut above the rest in my eyes.
What's with the massive forum lag time, or is it just me? (happens at work and home so I doubt it) It seems to take forever to update anything after posts. Can have multiple replies in a thread and still says 0 replies. Minor issue I know, especially compared to the game bugs, just a bit of an annoyance, this is the only forum I notice it on.
TL;DR? Yes. Very much so. Hellgate still owes me for that lifetime sub I purchased. ARRR. And balance issues and people complaining thereby causing changes which results in people leaving isn't the reason Hellgate failed, so I'm not sure I follow you. People left in mass before changes even happened. Hellgate was a flop from day one that just never recovered.
