In early game the cost of exploration is to big to be worth it. But as soon as your empire grows the costs will get smaller relative to your income but the benefits from artifacts may even grow in time.
Bodyless
Hard: best AI with no extra bonus Unfair: best ai with extra resources i think
Well i cannot argue about US Law since i am neither are lawyer nor a inhabtiant of the usa. But as far as i understood the article the bot program itself copied files of the wow program into the ram.
(1) to reproduce the copyrighted work in copies or phonorecords;
So it DID reproduce copyright protected material. I have no idea in which quantity or quality it does so. Also i dont argue that this may be a bad ruling. Still i thi
You can always do that if you own that other pc.
Oh my god - someone wrote an additional program, using features of an underlying system of operating system and application programs, and dared to *sell* that?
Is WoW an operating system?
My God - to imagine, the shear chutzpah of writing a program that improves on or uses the features of another program. And making money off of it! You are right sir - there is no more immoral act than making money off of the backs of others in this way.
F
Will it be possible to download this 1.1 Beta patch without having Impulse? I ask this because when I try to start Impulse it doesn't work.Thanks.
You could try using stardock central...or contacting support about your problem. But else, probably not.
SOCKS? isnt that quite unsecure?
Another unsatified customer here... I played HL2, used steam, hated steam, disinstalled it, promised to myself never had to do with steam and every game that uses it (or something similar). Please don't do this for Sins too...please...
At least you dont need Impulse to run the game, unlike steam and steam games. Thats quite a big difference. So it does only eat resources while patching. You could also try stardock central if you dont like Impulse.
Bodyless you miss my point. Anyone's access to the software and service can be terminated without cause is what I would not accept. As a result, my action to not buy the product or service is reasonable.
No i dont. they wont just go around and ban ppl for no reason. they want to make money so if you get your acces terminated its very likely you cheated in one or the other way. They WANT to make profit. so they will not cut themself a leg off by banning paying custom
By the way, after having read their agreement, I would not even consider purchasing and playing their game. It stipulates anyone's access to the game and service can be terminated without cause. This sost of outrageous one sided rubish is what you get from monopolists.
Ok, if you rather want to play a game with massive bots users, since the gms would not have any legal way to ban them except by sueing every single one for breaking the eula. And this clause is not
The drone host has/had only like 100-200 shields. even the light frigates had more.
This is also one more reason why the EU is such a horrid idea, and a step away from democracy. Praise the Irish and Swedes.
Read the topic again please. the EU REJECTED the law. but it did not stop any member from passing an own law either. So its up to the local democracy. I dont see how the eu hurt anyone in this case. And why do you praise sweden and ireland?
....although I did abuse it a bit during the sixties! The 60's?Where was Norton in the 60's????Where was the PC?And, how did you abuse it in that time period?
He was referring to his brain, you know, where you "save" what you have read in a post. :p
Holy crap, you guys pay the equivelent of 90 USD for console games? That is robbery.
The prices simply dont adapt to the euro to dollar exchange rate. the price for console games was at 60 euro (or equivalent) back in the 90's and didnt changed since then. same with the price for pc games. (roughly 40-50€ depending on the game) at least in germany. Thats why i buy most of my games at online stores since i discovered that method.
Destroy your enemy before he gets illums. Build a superior economy. Your own LRM (Javelins) Carriers with fighters And maybe scout.
Now what we really need is some sort of slight nerf to illuminators.. when a 2 to 1 ratio of assailants vs illums still loses, something's a little quirky. Maybe slower speed? Slower ROF? A more narrow attack radius?
Illus need 3 research labs compared to one for assiliants the tech cost 800/100/175 compared to 400/0/25 (cause of the higher tier) illus cost more to build assiliants have far superior range assiliants phase missles can bypass shields <br
I can only agree with maudlin27. The Irony is, if people do not buy some game because of the copy protection and it gets poor sales, the publishers will blame piracy for it and make the protection even more intrusive. Maybe they will learn someday.
So Migrating worked one time. it was a 3vs3 and suddenly everyone was migrating. The host and another player disced as the result. After that noone had any sounds or voices. only music.
Is THC a new faction for the expansion? :p
. The main problem is in large battle where everone, has maxed out there Fleet logistics (for both fleet supply and capital ship), and there for have a huge upkeep that does not scale, with the real amount of ships, in your fleet.
If this is the problem why not take the obvious solution: scale the amount/power of ships you get from RA dependent on your fleet logistics. Just like normal ship production depends on our resource income, RA should give you less ships the h
And illums in packs of 1 for the same price
So the game can still say "yes" to having a multiplayer , but it will probably not be a medium for getting skilled in a rts style community with clans , ladders and stuff .
But the topic said "single player only". Like GalCiv2. Obviously, he wanted to game to be so deep that there was no time for multiplayer.
While a multiplayer feature is far easier to add on top of an already designed game. Sorry, but this is far from assured, if not
Will this fix the mini dump errors and the memory dump errors ??? i so hope so me and my mate play this over the lan. We can never finish a game and was ready to destroy the cd. So hope this will fix , fingers crossed
mini dump = crash log so yes depends on what crashes you got.
Agreed. But it didn't stop BioShock from being enormously successful.
There are succesfull single player games. But RTS Players expect RTS games to have multiplayer or just ignore it. So in this case, it will correlate in higher sales, because the question "is there multiplayer?" is easier to answer to(yes/no) than "how deep is the singleplayer mode?" (pure perception). Also getting more depth in a game requires the whole game concept to be reworked(which can
Ouch, EA spreading like a plague.
