I've had the AI engage me when they couldn't win so I don't see your point :P
TheGreatEmperor
As it should be.
Not when they listen to you of course though, right? Cause the game soo definetly has to be like you want it :P
And he already thanked him for doing that :P I'm not surprised though, you tend to overlook things... and complain :P
Don't listen to Schod, he doesn't know what he is talking about... ever :P
The Vasari sound devious and trecherous. As it should be.
Not necessarily, what SC did was innovative and that is what mostly caried its good scores. Every game has its faults and problems, but those are often overlooked for what they actually brought to the table in terms of 'newness'.
At this point theres nothing much to join besides the cool looking forum :) I agree with you traviler, I hope it does become a solidified clan. If anyone wants to take a lead on that I will be glad to join it :D
That being said, I'll try messing with the attack frequency and pray that someday the option will exist to turn them off.
Oh but there is, you just have to actually listen to what other people are saying and design your own map. Not only is it fun, but it also takes about 2 minutes.
Well seeing as the Novalith does a set amount of damage and is guaranteed to obliterate the planets populace. While the Avent one works completly with culture and makes it weaker. This makes the Advent overall a bit weaker then the rest of the factions.
No they just turn them 'neutral', which completely destroys the point of culture in my opinion. Not to mention that culture is a complete secondary force since even turning a planet neutral takes like 10 minutes. This makes the super weapons definetly unballanced.
How do you know hes talking beta?
I agree with the All Knowing Schod!
I think theres a little variation as to the actual times, I think those are just values.
This neutral space was added in so their couldn't be completly set choke points that would eventually cuase stale mate.
Um no not really. What you have to relise is that when the Vasari Empire invaded Trader Space lots of planets broke away to do their own thing. And with the huge amount of wealth that was present in this sector it wasnt hard for anyone to build large enough fleets. Plus the conflict has been going on for 10 years. Plenty of time or large fleets of space pirates to develope. Not to mention the fact that you aren't 'just exploring' a new sector. All sectors of space in the game a
I personally think that this game has fairly good graphics, it bloom effects and textures are excelent. Sure it lacks some excessive shadowing, but in my opinion, shadows like whatyou see in most space RTS wouldn't happen in space, there just isn't enough light to create such contrasts. If you look at the ships, and even the planets, the amount of detail is pretty high. You do have to remember that there are is a lot of other stuff going on around the map. Thats also a reason why tacti
Haha, quite awesome Blair :)
Vasari and Advent have the slower economies, but the Vasari are very good at metal and crystal resources.
Vasari get an econ boost late game cause of phase gates :)
Today is Fat Tuesday!
I think there is 2/3 actually black/blue skyboxes, they are by far the prettiest.
Chickens. Kosc, doesnt like em.
Was the genome discovered by the public? No, it was not. What claim does the public have to the genome?
Since patches moved exclusively to SDC you will need an internet connection.
Shh... I want to see how far I can take this. And Sins T-shirts ;)
