retarded no :) confused yes :p Where you see the black box called "players" it means your user accounts. If you were more then one on the same PC each of you would have there own profile (nickname). Be sure to use ICO if you want to play Online and make a nickname. When you have made one there should be another option to log in :)

It will never be available on steam. Reason being is that its a competitor to Stardock central / Impulse. You can install stardock central, buy Sins, download, install the game. Just like on steam :)
I would like to see a move towards a more 4x style game maybe in Sins 2 , but not because I hate RTS ,on the contrary I love RTS, but there are other games to suit my RTS needs.
QFT :D
I think that many of the items on your wishlist are slated for the first expansion pack.
Awesome :CONGRAT:
Sorry you have a bad time with the game, but from the sound of it, alot of other people are enjoying it ;) But erm, whats with the link?
redwingdw28
Im going to save them and use 1 as a screensaver if thats okay?
of course, use as many as you please :)
out of curiosity how did the game run?
with the 41k+ ships it was running really slow :p but i could play "normally" with the 10k ships. Also i didnt submit the 41k savegame as it wont work since it gives the C++ error. Its been sent to Ironclad so they can improve it even further :) If anyone wants me to submit the 4
I honestly believe that no one should decide if another person should live or die. But if someone where to harm my family, and i dont care for what ever reason i would become a psykopat. I would lock that bastard in my basement and torture him for as long as i live. Thats the feeling i have about it, but no one exactly knows what you will do if something like this happens, and i hope i never will. So no, i dont believe in death penalty as it would just be far to easy for th
Bioware have removed the 10 day re-activation [link="http://masseffect.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=628724&forum=125&sp=1710"]Official BioWare/EA Response to DRM Discussion[/link]
Q: Did BioWare and EA change their mind on requiring that the game be re-authorized every 10 days? A: BioWare has always listened very closely to its fans and we made this decision to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience to them. To all the fans including our ma
Why is that copy protection thing turning people away?
To me its the way they do the "every 10 day check". I would like to play my legal game when ever i want, on what ever machine in what ever way i want to. There is no guaranty that they wont take additional information which you dont know about. When will this crazy "copy protection that dont work anyways (and they already know it)" stop? that is why i dont feel safe to buy the games, as my stuff on my PC is privat,
updated the OP with info from the FAQ. What a sad day to see something like this (:( I gotta wonder, im quiet sure companys aint stupid, so why use so much cash and time on a copy protection that wont work anyways *confused* To me it sounds like they want something else with this "every 10 day re-check" they are not telling the costumers.
Um, guys, hate to burst your bubble, but it doesn't say anything about Spore whatsoever.
it says that on page 2. I updated the OP so there wont be more confusion :)
a small update to this, i managed to get 41,000+ ships, but when i tried to change from window mode to full screen mode it crashed :d Loading the 41k savegame gives me a C++ error, so unfortunately i cant supply with screenshots. So maybe thats the limit of the engine? 41.000+ ships?
Am I missing something? Where in that link does it say anything about Spore having that copy protection? It seems exclusively for bioshock.
on page 2 he says:
Yes, EA is ready for us and getting ready for Spore, which will use the same system.
Thank god for Stardock is around that knows and understands the people :D
let me quote from [link="http://masseffect.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=628375&forum=125"]Source[/link]
Mass Effect uses SecuROM and requires an online activation for the first time that you play it. Each copy of Mass Effect comes with a CD Key which is used for this activation and for registration here at the BioWare Community. Mass Effect does not require the DVD to be in the drive in order to play, it is only for installation. After the first activatio
from the sound of it, it sounds like a corrupt install. Did you try to reinstall the game? try a few times and im sure it will work eventually :)
Im looking forward to Spore as well :D I do wonder if its legal to make a creature in that editor and then import it into another game
I got some bad Karma as well :( I blame Zoomba :p
2. Vocal public beta testers were able to convince us to change features that would have been better left untouched. For example, the beta allowed the AI to take over for dropped players in multiplayer. However, beta testers complained that with the save/restore option, players could just restart the game and having an AI player get involved interfered with the experience. As a result, the feature of allowing computer players to pick up after dropped players was removed
I thought that these screenshots were captured in one of the betas.
that was another test, look at the top for the post in the beta
Is this the way it is now supposed to be, or am I missing something?
i believe its "normal". Dont expect it to change im afraid (:( i also really liked the "auto jump to last read post" thing.
 you got me until i read C hehe
the game only supports Stereo
Please stick around. I have been a fan of yours since June 2007. I have read 90% of your posts. (But I have "lurked" in the shadows much more than I have posted during the Beta.)
a fan? :SURPRISED: YAY now i just need to convince the last 6 billion people as i shall lead you all to salvation. LET MY PEOPLE GO!! hehe but yeah ill be around for ever and ever and ever and ever :D
sigh... i owe you a case of beer Ironlandx :d if you ever read this hehe I personally i believe god and the bible was made up so that the church could convince people to do things for them, like giving money and going to war. [link="http://zeitgeistmovie.com/index.html"]zeitgeist movie[/link] will explain alot :) BUT i do like alot of the words in the bible, it does have some wise words to it. Like "you shall not kill" and stuff like that. If god and sata
