Many of those bugs are confirmed. We'll issue a hotfix shortly. Thanks for the quick reports

Custom Phase Lane connections are 99% guaranteed in a future build. We already use this functionality on a regular basis for various purposes. Beta 1 just doesn't have all the content you would need to be able to mod it.
Wedge, that's my favorite so far.
The next patch allows you to use the Empire Tree properly when the game is paused, thx for the suggestion
This has been fixed for both ATI and NVIDIA cards. It was much more likely on ATI. We will include it in the next patch. Thanks to everyone for helping with this one
We hope to have the ATI issues all resolved for the next patch, if not the following beta. The most prominent ones being the seam issue and the glowing asteroids.
Hi Richard, We have no problem allowing anyone to put up a site to plug Sins and thx so much for doing so. We only ask, if its not too much of a problem, that you replace your screenshots with some of the more recent shots. With the exception of the main one, all the shots you have are well over a year old and no where near as nice as the more recent stuff. The most up to date are the latest here on Gamespot <A href="http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/sinsofasolarem
*Adds that one straight to the list*
Yarlen pretty much summed it up - we'll release patches as we need stuff tested but I'd like to add a bit of additional info to help explain how things are operating. We are always compiling, organizing and prioritizing all the comments on the forums with special attention going to the comments from those who of you who have pre-ordered and/or played the beta. As expected, when the beta first launched, there were a whole lot of little technical issues that we need
Yep, its the game mesh formation. You will need our tools to open and view them which we will provide in the future.
Yes, its on the list but as it's pretty rare, doesn't seriously hindergameplay and not related to any technical issues so it is pretty low priority.
Yep, much more time will be spent on AI development. For the moment, if you want it more difficult than the Hard option, put multiple AI's on the same team so they won't fight each other and will only fight you. As for not helping you in the reinforcement, that looks like a bug - he should be reinforcing you (if he determines its in his best interest). AI commands will eventually be given by using the ping button.
time hunting around for them, checking their hull strength and if they've leveled up. Right click the ability button to have it auto level your ships up
Too early to say.
The in-game interface only allows you to choose up to 4 solar systems, but the modders revealed a bug where if you went over 4 by modding the max number of solar systems, the game would crash. This crash has been fixed.
Thanks so much for the video, makes it very clear what the problem is and we'll fix it asap
Sorry this wasn't fixed in the last patch.
If you don't build more than one at a planet you likely fall way behind in production. It allows you to build things in parallel. I've seen screenshots where someone had like 18 frigate factories and 3 capitalship factories in one system! lol
Thanks for the valid points, they do indeed help. -Then main issue I have is when moving a large fleet with varying ship sizes it all breaks apart and just trickles in 1 ship after another. The option to have them all warp at the same time would be nice. This is possible by selecting the ships you want to jump, then right clicking the move button to change them all into Grouped Phase Jump. You should see three green arrows instead of one.<
We've found the problem and its been fixed locally. Thanks for the help guys
Thanks so much for the video Plankhead, it is very helpful. We are trying to make this happen on our end and we'll post a fix once we've tracked it down
Some causes of this problem are fixed in the new patch (.10 released a couple minutes ago), the rest will be later. Its a known issue we are trying to track down
The font problem should be fixed in the new patch. Thx for your patience
Ah, I see the problem. I am pretty sure there is a bug where sometimes the AI isn't allowed to travel to other solar systems. We'll track it down. Thx for the info.
Definately something worth considering for a future build but if you want to try this right now in the beta it is possible. The modding trailblazers have already done it and its pretty easy to do even without dev help or our official Forge Tools (to be released much later). These guys are easiest to track down in the sins irc channel (irc.stardock.com #sins) though they have been known to make a few posts in these forums (some before the modding thread so they might be a bit tougher
