SoaSE is awesome... but on Vista it turns out you really need more than 2 GBs RAM. Even with my 4870 I get 20 FPS when I zoom in on the thick of huge battles. Damn stick of RAM was DoA, hopefully I can order some more soonish

It's a Q8200 Quad Core (2.33 GHz, I'm thinking about OCing after doing the memtest and stuff but I'm not sure sicne I don't really know what I'm doing). I will be getting a 1080p screen soon, so more RAM would help with keeping framerates higher at higher resolutins right? Eh I don't even get what AA is (makes things smoother?), not like it matters.

TF2 looks ubar good (shiny pyros) and so does CoH (with 2x AA I usually get around 35 FPS, would more RAM allow me to increase the AA and get better framerates? Cuz I don't see why the card would be having issues). Stinks that this monitor is pretty poo though :/

Yeah, HDMI is better than S-video and composite cables for Television sets, but with the computer screen you set the resolution.
So as some of you may know, I recently got my new computer parts. I built it last night and after some issues got the BIOS to work. So then I closed the case 100% and moved it to my desk and then... the mother board beeps about a power issue. Since I'm lazy more detail is here . Can any of you techies out there help me? If the issue persists to this weekend I'll try to borrow my friend's video card and use that instead
