You have to have icon packager (The application) do you have it? Assuming you do, within icon packager, click on "Istall new Package" then click on "install from disk", then browse to wherever you installed the file on your hard drive, click on the file and icon packager will open it up. if you like that particular package and want to install it, click on "apply" or "ok". good luck

You dont say what version of windows you are running. But the most likely place to find them is in your windows\system folder. What do you mean by moderate them. Do You mean alter thier appearance? If your going to mess with them, better make back up copies first. or you can screw things up.

This is a shot in the dar, but if you say the problem started when you installed window blinds, you can check out the following: check your start up folder on your start menu and see if window blinds poduct registration is there. Some times products will configure a registration reminder to start up and connect you to the interent so you can register. You can also check "msconfig" by clicking on START, then RUN, then type MSCONFIG in the box. when MSCONFIG opens up, click on the START

crp381 Hi. what you need to do is 1 make sure your'e logged into the site by submitting your user name and password. (I assume you already have an account with user name and pass otherwise you wouldnt get the xmass theme) 2 after you're logged in look in the left hand colum of you web page and click on "themes manager" under OPTIONS. themes manager will take you to a page that allows you to choose the theme you want. good luck

bnbfc Hi.. Wombat_1 is right . you want a wallpaper manager/changer. Do a google search (or whatever search engine you use) There are a alot of them on the internet. Both shareware and freeware. Personally, I use "webshots Desktop manager". The version I have is free, but they also have an upgraded one for a small fee. good luck. hope you find one.
