Possible ideas: - the character with the most games decides the minimum difficulty. If more than one character has the highest amount of games the higher difficulty counts? - let's leave it to everybody's personal honor not to turn on cakewalk just to be quicker.

I've noticed Firebender's new default character is a suicidal one (just to take the example that made me stumble across the question). I remember darkly and vaguely that long ago we had a debate about the minimum difficulty level of a game and it was said that difficulty depended on the deifficulty medal. I am not particularly surprised that sooner or later I was going to get lost because of all the information on our various threads - I did this weekend and I did accuse mumble wrongly of overstepping. That is nothing for me to be proud of - it also shows that we need to sort out our relevant information. I do wish to join round 4 and I do hope that mumble does so to. It is some sort of punishment for us (and me personally) not to be able to play with/against such a senior player. <

Since mumble has decided to pout instead of playing in round 4, we are down one more player. I regret having said something that contributed to diminishng the number of players in round 4, but I do not believe this keeps us from having a team E. It just means two teams of 4 people, right?

So far about 30% of the league have joined. The rest are still welcome to. The results were in a lot faster than last round, although it would really not be fair to claim credit here: It is due to the fast work of our commishes that we had them so quickly. After the results have been posted, I replace my character the_butter_flies who returns to the Gerontocracy by the new character chrysalis, a pure league character.

I can see there is no hope in apple-polishing, bootlicking, brown-nosin', cringing, cottoning up on neilo and fire, or currying favour with them, no chance that dancing attendance, fawning, grovelling, licking their boots (or whatever), kissing their feet (or other body parts), kowtowing, slavering, sucking up, toadying or truckling can do anything to make them release the results earlier. It would be nice to have the possibility to lease upgrades too or to punch in a number how many ships you want upgraded (and the computer just upgrades some ships of that type. Right now, I try to keep renaming the exact kind of ship once every few weeks, so I can upgrade all of one kind without spending more than 15-20k BC. Buy it. They keep optimizing the memory like crazy. Usually it gets more and more difficult with each version not to have your PC crash - but not with this game. It just has it all. My only caveat: Master this game step by step (Dark Lord, DAvatar,and then the new one - otherwise you might just be overwhelmed by it!
