It's not really shareware. It's trialware. In the latter case, you can bring a lawsuit against them and try your own case whereas in shareware you have to hire an attorney.

I have a related question. When do existing OD subscribers get updated to the new version? It doesn't seem to be available through Stardock Central. At least not yet. Am I not doing something that I need to do to get the upgrade? Thanx.
