I would 1st apply a different skin and see if issue follows that. Diamond is an old skin and may not be W11 ready. Just saying.

Maybe a reinstall of WB11. and Start11. sometimes it solves issues. since having issues i would install from fresh download. Sometimes downloads can be corrupted. Just my 2 cents.

The same can be said for other Stardock software. Windowblinds a good example, A theme created in W7 will not work right on a W10 or W11 machine.
One thing that comes to mind is out dated themes not updated to current.
