Thanks for the responses guys. For the single player campaign worries I was just a little too nostalgic about Homeworld or Company of Heroes. Doesn't really matter I guess it's just something that seemed unusual. It's good to know that the specs are intentionally higher than what another developer might publish. I like that, hope it runs as well as on your machines From browsing the forums it looks like these guys are giving this game some real attention after the release as well, as in
buy it play it love it!!!!!!!
Multiplayer against human opponent is one aspect of the game. But playing Coop with my friends against insane AI is what i prefer. We play on our own time. Can pause for food or beer run or watch a game on TV. It's relaxing, fun and free of stress. It's a different aspect of the game. In MMO there are people who like PvP and some like PvE or you can like both. So telling me to play pvp instead of PvE is of no help. It's a DIFFERENT type of game. Each his own.Especially on HUGE map how are
Just got the game and did the tutorials. I then went to start a single player game and saw that the only choices was single senioirs that used the PVP maps. Can we get a campaign out of this? It would go along way I think.
there is coming a campaign for sure
I don't think there's a need for the slight difference between the surrender and quit options. You quit, you lose.
i agree with that but what of the people who got disconnection?
I'd love to see a campaign as well but I don't mind so much that one was missing from the start. It is still an amazing game and I don't see any reason why they wouldn't add a story in later.
dont worry a campaign is coming the devs confirmed that it is coming
Since there don't seem to be any new bug reports or posts about how the gameplay is since I posted 1.51 this morning, I guess everybody is enjoying the mod.
you bet i am anyway thx for the awesome job
Went there, there is no mods folder unless I add it. Added it but game does not recognize any mods(shows no mods) even though I put mods there.
look a little harder if you got the latest update? there are 2 maps in documents and settings both named ironclad games in xp i found it after a hour lol C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire it should be there let us know if you found it
