I hate GFWL...

Conquest Frontier Wars is quite a good RTS and slightly like Sins in the multiple systems on each map.

I must say this is the biggest part of Sins that annoys me.

Well no one has ever thought of uninstalling Sins before so... You could try deleting it from the registery but don't touch anything else.

I would wait unitl Diplomancy comes out then buy both and have twice the fun at the same time, it's what I am doing.

I tried this the same time you did! Never played any of the other games but fell in love as soon as It started. Bit hard to start out but now I understand it perfectly, well not the whole US - USSR Relations bit as the USSR sent 3 destroyers to kill me for some reason. I recommend buying this as soon as It comes out, could it be funner than Sins?

I have almost the same computer as you and I don't have much problems, it might be your processer that's doing it or you could try increasing your page file.

I just started playing Yuris Revenge, little annoying as the move and attack button are the left mouse button not the right...

I go on and see about 100 people on with a lot of games running but the problem is there are never any other servers up when I go on and msut be the same for others and that's what puts them off. I wish this game was able to be more like World in Conflict where you can join any game at any time even after it launced but I don't think it would work so well for Sins.

Conquest was a good game, slightly like Sins too with the system amount you had compared to other games of the time. It would be nice if Fleets had a few more options than jsut being able to jump together, I agree with you.

Serves them right for delaying the game 4 months just to advertise!

Is it better than Battlestations Midway?

A game called Conquest Frontier Wars did this, it was a game quite like Sins in some ways but the max systems was 16 and not at all what most Sins maps are like. It was small time and doing this for a game like Sins would just be annoying than helpful.
