I am specifically talking about the upgrades that increase the population of planets (TEC has them I have played a bit of Vasari and Advent but I am not sure if they do). Basically these upgrades increase the population on planets therefore increasing its income rate right? Thanks for the help.

Hey guys I am loving the game but my main problem is in fleet engagements. I cannot get comfertable with the camera system and find myself more often then not trying to pan the camera correctly in order to micro my ships. Is there a key that lets you get right behind your ships? Thanks.
