Diplomacy: all the time for a quests from AI is in the Questsxxx files. I also did what you're trying to do. I kept that time values the same. Look in the gameplay file, Right at the end of the file is timeBetweenTreatyOffers 900 timeBetweenQuests 540 These values I put in work great. In the ships files there is BaseArmorPoints and MaxMitigation. Can someone please help me by explaining how this works, aka damage calculations, as I want to mod the hull and weapon damage and don't want to throw everything out. Secondly, how does the armorType affect the damage? I noticed it's light, medium or heavy...but not a value?
The Vasari has a research subject that increases the Culture Spread Rate. That's the culture along the phase lines, right? But also, it improves the Culture Weapon Damage by 3.75%. Now what is this?
