Yeah i seem to have the same problem.I downloaded the Mars effect Mod and after an hour or 2 my game crashes and i get the mini dump error.Seems to be pretty rare as i put the problem on the mod page itself and no one seems to know what it is or how to fix it.Even the mod designer didnt know what it was.

Damnit happened again. I can reload saves i made myself but not the autosaves. But after an hour and a half no matter how much i reload it it just comes up minidump error.Ah well going to have to disable mod i suppose.Shame its such a great mod.Anyone else having this problem?

Sadly just autosaves lol.Didnt actually save the game was to busy playing it to stop lol.Brilliant mod!!!! :D . Ah well ill just have to start again lol. Ill try tear myself away long enough to save it this time lol ;) .Cheers anyway mate.

I find that the best fleet to use should have about 3/4 cap ships. about 12/13 carriers and about 15 frigates and 10 heavy cruisers. I find that that fleet destroys all but the most powerful fleets. Oh but this is on singleplayer,not multiplayer.

Hey just installed the mod today and had a good game going. Huge map with 6 players. Had about 8 planets and only a small fleet(1 capship and 5 frigates or something) and was phase jumping to a planet but had to go through a pirate base. The base had about 120 ships and when my ships were about half way across the base the entire game just jammed. I got a message saying mini-dump error. Now Sins wont let me load the game i was playing no matter which save i try load.Any Ideas? Cheers

Yeah i downloaded v1.02 yesterday. I installed it after i downoaded it.

Yeah i registered. I actually got it over the web because they dont sell it in Ireland X-( . But its really annoying as there is a lot of good mods out there.

Hey there. Kind of having trouble with getting the mods working. Looked at quite a few posts and they all say the same but it doesnt work for me. they all say on xp(which i have) go to C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods But i do not have that in mine. I go to C:\Documents and Settings\username\ and the only options i have are Cookies,Desktop,Favourites,My Documents,Start Menu and UserData. I went into Us

Hey there, Sorry for another how well can my computer play the game post but im not very technical lol.My system is Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4GHz 2 Gigs DD2 Ram 8800 GTS Nvidia Graphics Card. Windows XP professional service pack 2. How well will my computer run on this? Can i have all graphics settings on high. What frame rate would i have and what is normal or good?Thaks a lot for all the help in advance!!!

Hey there. Im from Irelad and was in a similar situation. But i ordered off ebay and the game is on the way. Not the first game i will get from the US and the rest all worked so an American game should work on your system(if it has the proper requirements lol). As fort he credit card thing then yeah it automatically converts pounds to dollars. It does with euros anyway. Hope this helps.

May seem like a stupid question but where can i download this mod? Have been looking over this site to see what game is like and what mods are out for it.This sounds like the best one yet!!!!
