This all i have to say regarding the names of itsmevic and RubeeIs. IF you really think they are different people, howcome rubee doesn't have a forums name to defend himself? Its pretty simple, because you can only have one forums name per computer, and he already has itsmevic.
I am pretty sure there is no such thing as ICO 1.20. However, what i would do is when you first launch the game there is a button that says "Download Updates" under "Ironclad Online" and "Options". Click the button and see what happens, you should be redirected to a platform that will notify you of any updates available for any of your games by Stardock. Hope this helps!

I have seen the ups and downs of this game. I have started as a noob, swallowed my lumps, and became a dt, [DT]Star Player. All of this time in the community has helped me realize some things that IC can really do to make the game go smoother. Seconded, but this should not be temporary ban, but rather a permanent ban. This kind of player is a disease to the community and anyone who does this kind of thing does not deserve a second chance. Having that many strikecraft per each capital ship carrier is going to end in a disaster. I do not agree with you that they need 12 each. The abilities may need to be reworked, but 12 squadrons per each capital ship, especially with Anima tempest would be absolutely OP. otherwise there are many decent ideas in this guide, however i feel that this problem would solve very little except diversifying capital ship fleets, and in reality players rarely use them in mass. the
