Is there no way to remove these post's that are obviously intended to start an ugly discussion such as the one we've just witnessed? There certainly is no problem with "moderating" the "ugly" skins and wallpapers that are submitted, so why not the "ugly" opinions too? Just wondering.

That is an excellent idea paxx. So many sites exist where people just take and take and never give. It's nice that here you are required to give back a little in return for all that you take. Fortunately, I have done #'s 1, 2, 3 and 4 so I feel pretty good.

Yes Gregory, I have noticed the decline in the usability of this program too. I have also found that even when downloading and installing new logons it only works as long as you don't modify them at all. In one case I downloaded a logon file and found that I did not like the location of the "logon window" so I changed it. When I saved the changes and applied the modified logon it no longer worked and I found, as you did, nothing but a black screen. I had to re-download the logon fi

In the library section on the left hand side of this page click on the WindowBlinds section. At the top of the WindowBlinds page you will find a small box called "Search". Type in the word "Luna" (without the quotes) and you will get a list of 2 pages of most of the "XP" themes that have been created. Hope this helps

**Needless to say**, there was a "smokey" halo following me around last night, and I was listening to old "60's" tunes.....I also really had the munchies. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/joke.gif" border=0 ALIGN="

I just get a pad of paper and some color markers and I start drawing. Drawing, drawing, drawing, until something finally looks like something. Then I try and recreate it in Photoshop or CorelDraw. That's when I can run into some snags. But eventually, even that works out.

Doing this for the mere joy of doing it. What is wrong with that? It is, I'm afraid, another indication of the times we live in. It seems that today we live by a certain creed that boils down to this...If what you do is not something people can watch on television, then it's not worth doing. I just do it because it's fun. Plain and simple. No adoration of the masses. No boastful bleating from the herd. No crack-brain consensus of the multitudes. Just *fun*. <i

Using a packet sniffer I found lots of communications between mozilla and netscape fetching rdf files from 'mychanelvip.netscape.com' and 'mychanelvip2.netscape.com'. Also, if I switch tabs in the sidebar, especially the history tab, mozilla tries to contact 'find.com', which exists and uses 'ns1.idealab.com' as the dns. The dns returns to 'redirect.la.idealab.com. I don't know about you but it seems something fishy is going on. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smil

A couple of my favorite places that I often return to: 1. Atlantic City (I'm with you on this one Jim) 2. Boston (greatest little city I've ever been to.) 3. Cape Cod, Nantucket, Cape Ann (mmmm especially Cape Ann) 4. Vancouver Island especially around Qualicum Beach area. 5. The Thousand Islands (In the Alexadria Bay area) And a couple of places I've only been to once, but were trully spectacular: 1. London England. (Also Dover, Bath, Oxford)

History has taught the artist that she/he must be very careful with "exclusive rights" deals. The most famous example I can think of is the rights to the Lenon/McCartney portfolio of songs. At one point Michael Jackson owned the "exclusive rights" to a whole slew of the them and he turned around and licensed them to advertisers. (remember the Nike ads? ) That was a dark, dark day for Beatles purists and it

Ahhh, sorry feline. Spelling is the one things you can't blame on the language. You can, however, blame it on your long line of English teachers. That was their responsibility.

Brad, in the English language there are often a number of words to convey the same message. Each one has it's own nuances and subtleties. This is where conotation comes into play. Finding the right word, with the right set of nuances, subtleties and conotation is the tricky part. I've found with time, you learn them. It does, however, require that you keep your vocabulary small. Not so small as to seem a simpleton, but small enough so that you always remain in command of it. The right wor

Hi T-Man. I tried it again. For a while I kept getting the old "The Page Can Not Be Displayed" page. Finally I got the WinCustomize page but once again it said that I was Level 2. Don't know what to try next.

Ahhh T-Man, after rereading your original post I think I might know what I did wrong. The first line of your post says: "I need a few people who use different accounts to purchase software from stardock as they do to logon to Wincustomize." Now that I have re-read it I realize that I use the same email account for both. However, this leads me to my next question: How do I change my level to reflect the fact that I have purchased all those Stardock products
