Thats fine since most places that aren't on fault lines are in areas that cannot get food or water without electricity like canada, russia and the northern US. Also if any supervolcanoes get woken up from it like yellowstone which will wipe out most of US and canada and plunge the world into a acidic ash cloud of death it wont matter where you live.

I would give you karma, but the reaper is giving it to me it was a halloween sticker we put up and we all took turns writing what the person in the front was saying... don't think I can get away with posting any of them here though.
They didnt say it meant the doomsday scenario would play out... just that the astronomical event would occur. Most physicists play it down since they are mostly non religious types.
I would give you karma, but scorpions scare the crap out of me... they sneak into beds at night...AAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
And to be quite honest, the next time a nuclear weapon is used, whoever fired it will be killed, and their country taken over.
Which is why noone will launch any. Morpheas....What I meant is that the physicists have shown that we will be there in 2 years. You can believe them or not but thats what they are saying.
That is based on the theory that we ARE indeed heading to the Equator, which I dont believe we are
Present day physicists have proven that we are moving into it. So it isnt just a mayan thing anymore for that anyway. At least the nuclear countries just adopted a policy to not fire any nukes toward any country without them unless they are violating the international nuclear treaty (N korea and Iran) or use biological warfare. Also each country just agreed t
Intermittent problems are (almost) always the power supply. Direct quote from my A+ book.
This proves nothing, these earthquakes have been happening for decades at these parts of the world
actually decades would still fit in since that would be less than 1% of the years between the 26000 year cycle.
Then thats the only possibility imo. Thats what I was trying to say
not quite the only possibility.....the gravity could yank us out of orbit or pull an asteroid toward us or the maganetic field could go down to zero exposing us to
Wake up people! The world will not end in 2 years
I dont think one person in this thread has said it will.
then we would already be feeling the effects of it
you mean like the crazy amounts of earthquakes we have been having. heres a list of just the past 30 days http://neic.usgs.gov/neis/qed/ .. and if scientist know about it they wont tell us to prevent mass panic... there is evidence
double post
Just found 2 major disasters that match up to the 26,000 year cycle..... Lake Taupo Eruption 26,500 years ago Lake Toba eruption ..approximately 75,000 years ago... that one killed off 60% of human population. So maybe there won't definitley be a world ending disaster but maybe when we are near this part of the cycle the chance of geological catastrophe is higher.
according to Plato who first wrote about atlantis...11,000 years ago (9600 B.C.0 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlantis
3000 years....your a little off.. it was good for 25,725 years(the galactic equinox cycle or procession cycle)with 5 divisions of 5,125 years (called the long count cycle). both will be ending on dec. 21 2012. It is also nknown to be the most accurate calender ever created. edit: What I would like to see is what happened here 25,00 years ago . that might give us some clue to the validity of a catastrophe happening.
The date also has us aligned with all the other planets..as well as the galactic center. Considering the new theories of how our moon was made(The movement of a planet between us and mars yanked by jupiters gravity), This makes the fact that large gravitational anomalies may happen. The coming alignment may already be effecting us. They said the chilean earthquake moved our axis by a degree...My (personal) theory is that the coming alignment pulled our planet the 1 degree which cau
Re the 'what would the founders do' stuff, I don't think it's reasonable to simply call them dicks and dismiss them but it is far worse for a modern person to claim they know what those 18th century folks would say about a 21st century question, as many 'strict constructionists' and American exceptionalists attempt to do.
My whole point was that the rest of the world had already moved past that even at that time yet our founders went backwards on it and called us
Steve jobs took it for making fun of the ipad
actually the first postal game was banned in US but you wont find any articles about it because we have free press here. *cough* *cough*
Even if its not one machine per person it will still cost almost the same because that one machine for many will cost alot more than the machine at your house. I dont think games that require your own hardware wont die anyway... I'm sure alot of people are like me love to stare at their glowing super pc next to them....Everyone could buy a compact car but suv's are still the most poplular...How else can we prove who's king of the geeks.
Man, that pic's sooo not funny...lol Oddly enough, every game box shown there (ok, most of them anyway) is from a game that was a Huge Success.
I think you missed the sarcasm.
you should have bought this http://www.archos.com/products/nb/archos_9/index.html?country=us&lang=en its the same with soo much more for less $$$ even has a vga output that puts out 1080 p
The head. . . .it's red from bleeding.
I would give you karma, but someone slipped with the razor
