ill try it when i get a moment i hope it works cause i kinda need the step by step to get the programs started

i downloaded everything already to create a modd but i have no idea what file from the mod creator goes where and how to activate the programs to start working. im attempting capitol mods surrounding capitol ships and abilities if that helps anyone who might aid me.
