You should have been given a serial nubmer for the game in the e-mail. Click the blue orb at the top left of the Impulse client and select "register a product" and provide the serial to get the download. If you did not get the serial in the e-mail, you can request all your registrations be e-mailed to you via the stardock homepage, or failing that contact support. Seems a few people haven't been receiving serial e-mails the past couple of days.

I'm in the same situation, the purchase receipt states we should get an e-mail with download instructions and the serial required, I haven't received mine and I'd guess the same goes for you. Transaction complete, money taken, but nothing sent in return. Might be a weekend thing, but they gave no indication that we would be charged but not be able to receive the game which is more than a tad annoying.

[/quote] Several people seem to be having this issue (including myself) The blue orb Annatar 11 suggested should work and allow access to the download, however you first need the confirmation e-mail which provides the registration code. I know their customer service does not operate over weekends, they don't seem to be sending out automatic e-mails either - although
I'm having the same issue, also purchased this weekend and nothing has been sent to me. I shall be checking my bank account to see if I've been charged, I won't be too impressed I've they take money at weekends but don't sent confirmation e-mails - there was no warning of this. I've e-mailed support just to be safe, but I know they don't respond at weekends so I'll have to live without access to the game I've purchased.
