That is why there are always all the links for the individual components. Download all of the ones you want. That is a very nice theme, especially with the gadgets and stuff. One of my all time faves. Enjoy. [e digicons]B)[/e] [e digicons][/e]

What a great post Jim. I totally agree with you. I can't imagine life without Stardock nor Win Customize. I am constantly here int he forums and on the WC site and it is tiresome to see all the rants and complaints here in the forums. There are so many positive things to be said. The best of which is learning from others who are always willing to help. Bravo Jim [e digicons]B)[/e] [e digicons][/e]

Excellent work Frankie. I saved every version and to see the progression is phenomenal. You have certainly put in a lot of time and effort and even though the going was a bit rough at times you should give yourself a pat on the back for persevering and following it through till the end. Congratulations. [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e]

While I don't see any settings to "not show" the icon names, my first impression would be simply to open the properties of and leave the name blank. I just tried to make sure I wasn't putting my foot in my mouth, and it works as suggested. Have you tried doing so?

Frankie this last version is very nice. By far the best one yet. I must commend you in your perseverance to make this wall better. I know how how some of the comments have gotten to you but still faced with the impossible you have made something nice into something beautiful. No I don't think the mountains are too hazy . They add a bit of down home to your image . [e digicons]B)[/e] [e digicons][/e]

Did you select a colour from the drop down list before trying to applly the set. The first time I did noy and got all the standard folders but in choosing a colour from the list of 14 it orked fine. I checked out a few other Paul Boyer Icons and they work fine, including Marathon. I am running Win7 x64

That is truly good news ID and I thank you for the heads up. I'll have to reinstall it and give it a try. I know some will consider this useless or just eye candy but when you spend all your time in front of the screen, (disability) It's a much welcome change. Kudos ID. [e digicons][/e]

I am not a big fan of Facebook and not too happy with the new "sharing" options that have appeared with the new system. I am sorry ID I am a big fan of Win Customize and do promote the site off site any chance I get, but I've had bad experiences at DA. That said I think the idea is fantastic for WinCustomize and I hope it attracts many people. [e digicons][/e]

[quote who="Jafo" reply="139" id="2814747"] Cut-and-paste "can" work, however there are several MORE steps in doing it. First is to take EXTREME care with choices....light intensity/quality/source is just one of the issues....getting them to match within the overall composition...and it's typically the first mistake made by most. Second is to understand [in 3D images] - PERSPECTIVE [and that also includes SCALE]. You "can" have more than one vanishing point...

So far the only problem is the Photosop thing. Minimixed windows disapper, nowhere to be found. I can see the layer on the right but it's as if it's not really there. Windows 7 HP x64, ATI Radeon HD5750 but I AM liking some of the features very much. I still have to explore which settings are ok or not.

Karen I love that you are still trying to make it better after it's been submitted to the contest. I'm not sure about the canvas texture. It shows that it's not hand painted and the sometimes the more you try it has the opposite effect. I read a comment ablout the blood above, I agree for the top his head and his shirt collar tab (our left) I much prefer it without the canvas texture, but that's just me. Someone sa
