Once Rebellion is fully released, I'm pretty confident that they'll go back to old-school missiles, or Phase Missiles will get an overhaul. For now, the effect is probably a placeholder to make Rebellion run better. Xer0 \^/

Last time I played (Entrenchment, keep in mind), Sova's missile batteries increased in armor, firepower and HP strength as the levels increased. A lvl 3 Missile Battery has comparable range of a Javelin, Strenth of about a Kodiak and firepower of a Kody as well. Xer0 \^/
