I wonder... does anyone know who has the most power in the romulan empire?

Or you could have the stations detect cloaked ships...
Remember, in TNG they could do a tachyon pulse which forced cloaked ships to decloak, making them vulnerable.
Ever think noone's seen a romulan starbase because its invisible? Would make for interesting gameplay to have an invisible starbase at your planet.
That beam's bigger than the 304...
I think what money6891 is saying makes sense. The only thing I am thinking of is, if a new patch comes out for entrenchment, is it likely it will require you to rebuild from ground up again? If not then best stick with entrenchment, as when diplomacy comes out there will be 2-3 patches that is likely to come out within the first 6 months. Once this period has passed you can then perhaps move over to diplomacy. However it does seem t
I've actually seen the so-called impulse exhaust, it only occurs when a ship is heading into warp, the ship moves faster than light so it looks as if theirs an emission from the nacelles.
You should give the Advent phase missile immunity, especcialy if you're putting their hull down so low.
Hey stress, if the romulan empire and borg will not use strike craft, and the AI is dependant on it, won't that make it impossible to play against the factions as AI?
nice loki
Stress, the cardassians already blew up DS9 when they were forced to retreat in the first war.
I have a question, will the borg be using "credits" when their released? Afterall, they are all a collective, it would make more sense to have their ships cost a lot of dilithium and tritanium, thus making credits only useful for buying more of the resources, and making borg ships that much more limited.
What do you mean by "nothing?"
The Defiant was the Federation's first dedicated warship. It was severely over-gunned, and over-armored for her size. As well as being fast and maneuverable. And look, theres an idea for 3 abilities, they can be a passive bonus, one increases attack slightly, another does armor/shields, and the third makes it harder to hit.
Alpha have a look in the mods for entrenchment 1.03 folder and you will notice that there is a Entity.manifest file, this is basically an index of all the entity files used in the mod, if you have created a new entity file then you must add it to this list or you will get a dump! hope this helps!
Unfortunately, no it doesn't. There is no Entity.manifest file under mods 1.03 entrenchment, in or out of the SoA2 mod.
Lemme quote something from the readme for the patch: Replace the Entity.Manifest file, Gameinfo and String folder completely.
I cant find the entity.manifest to replace it with the patch updates.
Im qouting myself for emphasis, I still cant find it, so I still can't play the patch [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
Feel free to hate me for this comment: Pigs have already started flying: Swine Flu.
Interesting tidbit I picked up, Rihansu (Romulans) are actually vulcans, that didn't like the idea of "absolute logic" and controlling their emotions.
I cant find the entity.manifest to replace it with the patch updates.
I just remembered something. Isn't the whole point of fighter style movement to give the ships the ability to dodge? If so, say like give the smaller and more agile ships a higher % compared to the larger and slower ones.
Quoting beemer127
OH..HUGE bug...Defiant is only 14 supply. (oops). might definitely want to at least fix that.
They already said that they made that mistake beemer, the defiant used to be a cruiser.
While the defiant is still fresh in mind, didn't they also come equipped with cloaking devices? Or did you decide not to include that because of the issues you were having with cloaking? Or just for balance reasons?
Quoting Ryugi: Am I the only person who is really looking forward to the Romulans? God I hope not. Ever since the first time the world got a look at the Romulan Warbird on TNG, I think everyone's wanted to command that. Simply put: it's way the hell more powerful and cooler looking than Fed ships, and that's saying a lot.
Say "Romulan" in the empire and expect half a dozen blades at your throat
Oh and what i find works a bit better, build a couple vorchas, have them go in first to take the brunt of the attack and send in the b'rels to clean up whats left.
