I am not sure about the challenge mentioned here. Recently I came back to play FE:LH just to try undead. I played on ridiculous and my feeling was that the race is rather overpower. You can just produce an army of free upkeep soldiers that with wraith-form and terror are very good. No problems winning, Tarth is way harder to play then this race.

I played the demo of this game some time ago, and it is a real gem. It is beta (but few games nowadays are so polished at the date of release), and they are looking for the beta testers. Game is brilliant with couple fresh ideas. If you like all type tactical battles, try it. In my opinion, already the best in its genre. Here are the links: Beta subscription <a title="Drums of

I haven't played since 1.3 patch, so perhaps thing got harder after recent patches. Before that I beat game (on ridiculous) with all default races, except Tarth, using different tactics, but I never used blizzard scrolls .... My feeling was that it is insane where real optimization and exploits are must to win.

Hey Frogboy - idea for an app (tiny one). To hide and show taskbar on Win 8.1 while a key is pressed ... Such a simple thing, and yet, hard to solve. Previous solutions (such as a taskbar eliminator) do not work any more ....

Never played any type of victory, but conquest before. Question: it is fully research type of victory right? So the challenge is to make as effective research machine ? </

I finished the campaign myself, and agree with what you said. But this is a card game and all of them have the luck factor, which you just try to minimize by the careful selection of cards. More cards and better cards you have, more choice you have and more it matters. However, the way you play it tactically matters a lot too. Of all new card games around i find this one the most balanced and most fun to play.

There is no much to say - the game is simply fantastic. Especially if you like tactical battles and challenges. It is a looong time since i had so much fun. If you want to try, here is one key: TBZS-QQYX-DRJZ Instructions: How to Redeem Your Beta Key Register your account at https://accounts.cardhunter.com/register. You can train mages when you have technology researched (stuff that can shoot) and have enough crystal to train them Regarding vanishing army - did it happen after auto-save and loading? Or perhaps it is inside of a city? When hero dies he/she gets illness; those illness can be only cured by special potions and heroes never die permanently (as long as you have one city they are alive)

If you are looking for challenge, it is true, you have to make your own set of rules. I play only default nations on insane/insane with lots of opponents and spare resources. Trying to win with Tarth is nothing but easy ... I also play an iron mode and do not use CTRL+N for good starting place. Another idea is to play a crazy guy - declare a war to whomever you meet and refuse to sign a peace :) With those setting i have a real challenge quite often, including games i have lost. <p

I posted it sometimes, just want to be sure that it gets frog's attention: My insight into tactical AI: - swarm mechanic - i would like to make point, which can clearly be seen in fights of one against many (though applies to other battles as well). Let's presume a single dragon fights my army of 6 units. My units surround a dragon and start to hit him, but damage is low and it will take time to kill. Now, the d
