Mmm u reminded me that the scuttle button should be bigger and splitted for the Vasari Loyalist when they reach Strip to the Core upgrade (coz maybe you want to abandon your planet but not destrying it).

Another thing that is true is, whatever the game its told to be "not as deep as other 4x games", all of my friends get shocked when they see all of the tech trees of every faction (this seems so hard! so complex! ooh my god! etc...). I think the game its not "that" complex. It´s easier than other RTS: you have automatized skills with every cap ship, your ships attacks their best enemy automattically, all of your techs are grouped in 5 pages instead in many buildin
I do like Sins, but i was worried about all that i´ve explained in the first post. I was a Warcraft 3 player before, but i´ve became tired of war rts games and wanted some more culture-economy focused strategy game. Then i´ve found sins, and bought trinity and rebellion after : D I would like to see more multiplayer matches with Diplomatic or Research victories as a possibility. You wouldn´t?
It´s an 4XRTS, a mixture of 2 genres, but it seems it´s not as strong as each one alone. Let me explain: -4X are mostly single-player games, like Civilization. Sins has so few technologies or upgrades to even match Civilization IV at this aspect. So, long matches against a doxen AIs would be boring for the easyness of having top tier and research everything from the technology tree. -Most famous RTS, like Age of Empires or Starcraft 2,
I dont know, but while Ironclad supported SP more... Rebellion is going another way. Rebellion is being made by Stardock, right? Stardock seems to prefer MP over SP. E.G. a marketing girl from stardock in twitter said "#ilovesinsbecause it´s competitive". hummm

It´s no joke when the sun goes up here in Europe, Rebellion isn´t at the top 100 of the most played games on steam at the moment. I wonder how many of you are here in our beloved country : D (sorry for my bad south-european english!).

Mmm that´s also true. Maybe the mayority of players only plays this game for relaxed AI games.
Another thing i think the multiplayer needs to fix: [IMG]http://i50.tinypic.com/2mhixzs.jpg[/IMG] There´s too much information there. i think it´s tiring to look if the game i selected has a password or if it has free avaliable slots for everyone or for friends only. I would replace those texts with color icons (like those game options where you select game speed and stuff), because i know all of that text is important. <
OK, let´s get things straight. Everyday i watch the number of players at steam, specifically how many are playing rebellion. Sometimes I see like 800 players, but then i get to Ico and there are like 90-100. WE all know only around a 15% of the playerbase plays online. How we could fix this? I was thinking on a queuing system which searchs for adequate multiplayer matches when you are doing something else , like playing in single player (watch out, im [b]not
I agree that the Vasari Rebels needs extended revisions. Has no new upgrades in Empire tree and those oppresion things makes no sense with their multicultural thinking.

I though this upgrade was really overpowered when it was tier 7. Imagine now that is tier 2 i think! :S While rebels can have a lot of shiled regen, i was thinking advent loyalist "counter" this having more mitigation (Ancient retribution). what do you think!?
I think some people complain too much. Let´s see one of the best RTS expansions i´ve played... Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne: -2 new units, 1 new hero and some new upgrades per faction. -8 neutral heroes to choose from a tavern. -New Campaign. -Some editor enhacements -New music, sounds, etc... Oh, it seems its not a lot, but i´ve enjoyed that exp too much :D i liked new heroe
