There's no way it could have been anything else but the purge. The only time I've had trouble with my internet was when there was a power outage. And this happened immediately after running the purge and then rebooting the PC. Please break down what the purge does.

I did the purge on the primary PC. It took my internet down for a couple of hours across my entire network. It eventually came back up, thank goodness. I'm afraid to do the purge on the secondary because I can not afford to be without internet.

I said "no" on the old primary, but it still worked to make it the secondary. My question is about the secondary. It is asking me to put in my product key like I am installing it for the first time. I do not want it to use another license just to test, and then I have all sort of trouble with that again!

Neither PC is connected to a VPN. When I change the primary to the secondary is asked about deactivating the license. I said no. It is now a secondary. When I go to make the secondary the primary it is asking me to enter the product key. Is this going to mess up the number of licenses that I have by inputting that? I have already had a hard time getting the license thing straightened out. Do not want to have to go through any more of that. <p

I've made sure that each PC are set as Private. I've checked the firewall setting on the Primary making sure that Multiplicity is allowed. There are six listings for Multiplicity (MP Application clipboard, MP Application Remote Screen, MP Audio Service, MP Clipboard, MP Remote Screen Service and MP Service. All six are enabled and allowed in the Inbound Rules panel. Also ran the portFix script on both computers. Also read again, the Connection 101 sec

I am unable to ping the secondary PC. When I take turn off the Windows Firewall I can ping the secondary PC. I tried to download the file http://sd.stardock.com/Support/Software/Multiplicity/MPPortFix.zip and run this but got a 404 message--file no found. I am not sure what AV software is or if I have it.

Okay, so it doesn't work. Is there anything that we can do to get this up and running? It worked before on my old PC. I did change it to moving the middle row of the grid. Yes, the secondary is to the left.

I have Multiplicity installed on my main PC. I uninstalled it from my old laptop and now have it installed on my new laptop. It appears to be set up, but whenI move my mouse to the new laptop, the mouse does not go to that screen. Please see the screenshot below.
