Carl... I agree... I've e-mailed multiple people about this issue along with tech support and sales saying that I feel cheated out of my money for a half completed project. This forum at least received some feedback in the past directly from mormegil. Just too bad we haven't heard anything lately!

I have a feeling that our comments are not being listened to as well. Just like all the other requests that we have made in the past. The problem is that I'm sure they will make more money off of their games instead of the OD subscriptions... which is unfortunate because we have paid good money for the yearly subscriptions. Unfortunately, they are ticking off too many OD subscribers, like myself, who will never renew because of the poor communicatio

dwax... I'm afraid with an estimate or update on the project, we will still sit and wait well past what is announced just like all the other updates given over the past three months.

Gregory2001... it is not an issue of "growing up." It is an issue of producing a product, puting it out for sale, making promises of when it will be updated/complete, and then not making good on those promises. That has nothing to do with growing up. The company should never have offered a half completed product.

It is frustrating the we paid for an incomplete package, with promise after promise being broken of when it would be completed. I'm begining to think my money was thrown away for this package. Why can we not get a legitimate, honest answer as to when the thing will be released as a complete package, or at least an update.

But they are out to make money by giving lots of peopel good products. OB isn't bringing in the big bucks . . so it moves to the back burner. And if it moves far enough back . . it gets abandoned. While I partially agree with your statement that OB may not be making the big bucks, there is an overarc

I usually keep quite in the boards, lurking around to find answers to the bugs I find, or just to read the articles. But, when I came across this thread, I realized that my own worst fears were coming true. Maybe I had wasted my money by taking the step to purchase OD last fall! It appears that this lengthy forum discussion is showing how much the Stardo

HopkinsProg... I had problems with Windowblinds and the Zone Alarm suite. I shut it off and everything came back to normal. I haven't found an ideal solution to work around the problem. But, I did go into the Windowblinds configuration to prevented Zone Alarm from being skinned. Fixed most of the slow downs but not all. Also, you may find some conflicts between the Symantec program and ZoneAlarm.

Thank you so much for the update on the pack. Didn't realize that the package was only to test functionality... wonder if the purchase option should have went up so early. Anyways, they look awesome! I look forward to seeing the the other file icons and "bonus" packs.

I found it because it was listed as a Premium Icon pack directly from the iconpackager website. Saw it there yesterday afternoon and then the purchase option became available later in the day. Thanks for the update Frogboy!!!

I too noticed the issue w/IconX. Frustrating because I love the 128pixel icons and smooth sexy feel of the animations that IconX offer! Does anyone know how to do a batch process in Icon Developer to create 96 pixel and 64 pixel icons from within an icon package? I really want to create those sizes for Apogee for my computer.

Well, I must admit that I'm a bit disappointed after making this purchase. Don't get me wrong, the icons are absolutely superb. But, it lacks icons at the 64 and 72 pixel levels. It jumps from 48 to 128, leaving people like me on widescreen laptops to have icons that are too small , or way too big! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/SadAngry.gif" border=0

Purchase option just became available for the icon suite. I just finished the sale and downloading now. Feel like a little kid in a candy store waiting for the download to complete... best set of icons I've ever seen!

Hazy... I too agree with Zero that anger management may be a good thing! Personally, I've used Trillian now for over three years and never had an issue. I've also installed it on over 300 computers at my places of business without any issue. So, I must say that your issues that you are describing are a pretty isolated incident. I would honestly recommend conta
