I am also having issues with WindowBlinds 8.03, since the update of either WindowBlinds or Start8, my taskbar keeps corrupting. I thought it was the AMD Display drivers update to 14.03, however, as soon as I change back to windows default skin, the task bar issues go away. by the way I have not installed the update 1 yet, waiting for the release tomorrow.
Activation issues with Windows 8.1 x64
first off, the title of your post should read, activation issues with Windows Blinds 8, and not Windows 8.1 x64, even though that is the OS you are using. 1st. did you uninstall the demo, and restart the computer. 2nd did you download the full version window blinds 8.03 from the Stardock store account you purchased the software under? 3rd did you disable your antivirus/firewall before insta

hi first go to your downloads folder and change to the Stardock folder. delete the windowblinds.exe installer there. Then log into your account on www.stardock.com and download from there windowblinds 8 installer and run the installer then restart the system. the object Desktop updater and Stardock Central sometimes screw up the downloads and installs. <

I have been having issues with the start button in windows 8.1 not responding to my mouse clicks. It does respond, but extremely slow, sometimes it takes several clicks and a wait of 30 - 60 seconds for the start screen(modern) to show up. The Start 8 menu seems to work from the Windows key on the keyboard sometimes, but not always either. I do have Start 8 installed and activated. version 1.30.1 is installed. I installed Start 8 last evening on

Hi i believe stardock central manages updates for games and all other stardock apps including object desktop. This new Manger, when installed does recommend removing Stardock Central, however it is not required. This Manager just works with Object Desktop components, no games, for those who dont use the games. Cheers GigaByte69
I may Be wrong here, however try this. Download SkinStudio 8 and edit the skin in there. Dont edit inside of WindowBlinds 8. GigaByte69
