What is your most Powerful fleet??

Hello I was wondering what you guys would call the best fleet in the game? Theres a lot of different ships, races, and techs to choose from so there are a lot of different
combinations. What type of ships dominate your forces and what are your favorite capital ships? Pictures of your amassed forces would be great!!

Anything involving a Radiance, Rapture, and Progenitor. Animosity + Vengeance + Malice is just incredibly fun.

Well I ended up having a fleet of max popcap (vasari), it probably had about 2 Desolators and a Kortul as caps, and the rest was comprised of around 50x Enforcers, 48x Carriers, and some number of flak guns and frigates that I cannot remember.

I am addicted to carrier caps. My last fleet had 6 carrier caps with 4 other randoms and 50 heavey cruisers and about 100 frigates and suport ships. I took out 350 pirates in their own system in 2 minutes. Carriers with bombers are just so majestci when they reach level 10, they are true flagships. By the way, I play only Vasari so far.

Most powerful I've ever had? As in a task force or with every ship alive?

Most powerful at any one time was when I get the cap ship only achievement using Advent with:
2 Progenitors Support
5 Halcyon Carriers
4 Radiance Battleships
4 Raptures Battlecruisers
1 Reverence Battlcruiser

Al levels 6-9 with max hostility upgrades.

Although you could probably make a more powerful fleet by ship stacking, one of my favorite primary fleet TEC Capital Ship Combinations would be:

2x Dumov Battlecruiser
2x Kol Battleship
1x Akkan Battleship

It just takes the enemy so long to kill any of them it's very effective.

my uber fleet of doom combinations is:

tec
3 kols
1 dunov
2 cap carriers
30 cobalts
25 lrm
4 siegecraft
10 carriers
10 heavy cruisers
if you find yourself in a multiplayer game with me and you see this you better run!! mhuhahahaha

I have no idea what the most powerful composition is, but at the end of my game last night, I had a mixed fleet of about 60 ships including two upgraded capitals (one at level 10 the other at level 6). They pretty much mopped the floor with anything that came into contact with them. Granted, this was against the easy AI, but it was still fun.

Well, my uber fleet had 5 Kols, 2 Sovas (cap carriers), 1 Dunov, 1 Akkan, 1 Marza. No stinking frigates needed

One of the Kols was specially enhanced to deal with fighters and bombers by maxing out its flak bursts, and the other 4 Kols had maxed out their gauss rail guns. Add that to the max antimatter research which allowed these behemoths to fire their rail guns quickly, and the fleet simply ripped apart through anything. Nothing stands against concentrated 5-10 maxed out rail gun shots.

I find that when my opponent conveniently decides not to bring flak frigates (often overlooked), 60 Drone Carriers with their Enemas of Doom tend to put the hurt on anything. Move em around so that you can't be intercepted (pick off the speedy ships with your LRMs) and those bombers will keep on blasting caps. A LRM + carrier fleet works so effectively.

LRM Frigate spam, supported by an Akkan (Lvl 3 Targetting Uplink), 3 Kols and Flak Frigates . Takes opposing capitol ships down in no time!

Well, I've used the following to fleet to conquer two star system, and am currently working on a third, with 6 vessels lost since the fleet was formed (dumb luck probably)

11x Kol Class Battleships, all level 8 at this piont
1x Dunov Class Battlecruiser, level 8 as well (EMP blast, I love you)
1x Akkan Class Battlecruiser, Level 7 with full targeting uplink (fleet of snipers, huzzah!)
1x Sova Class Carrier, level 7, can always use more fighters
50x Kodiak Class Gunships
1x Hoshiko Class Robotics Cruiser
4x Cielo Class Command Cruiser (always thought I lost them, so kept building them)
10x LRM frigates

Plus 20 Fighter squadrons and 11 bomber squadrons

Tends to make mincemeat out of everything and leaves an awful lot of debris in their wake.

Also have a second fleet for defensive operations

2x Kol Class Battleships, both Level 10 (the Victory and the Cthulhu)
15x Kodiak Gunships
5x Garda Class Frigate
4x Figher Squadrons.

there is no one "most powerful fleet" because it largely depends on the situation.

although, I have to admit I have a weakness for advent fleets composed of many capitals (after I research mass transcendance) with supporting shield-cruisers and LRLs. kickass, I swear.

Just ended a 2v2 compstomp with my friend who got the game yesterday. He was Advent, I was TEC vs Vasari and Advent. In the end, the most powerful, useful and intimidating fleet in the game was my battlefleet consisting of a Kol(level 7, Gauss 3, Flak 3, Finest 1), Marza(level 9, Nuke 3, Incendiary 3, Raze 2, Barrage 1), Akkan(flagship, level 9, Colonize 3, Ion 3, Uplink 3), Dunov(level 6, Shield 3, EMP 3), 20 Kodiaks, 20 Repair Cruisers(forgot the name), 5 Cielos and 10 Gardas. Now that may look like a big fleet, but only fills up about half of a world's power bar. But it's invulderable! Ship losses in the fleet were next to none between the sick repair speed and shield recharges, and 20 Kodiaks eat Caps for breakfast, and then ask for seconds.

That was "a" fleet. I had four fleets consisting of 4 caps each, this one just proved to be the meanest combination. Pop caps were fully researched and filled up, don't worry
My friend had five fleets of 3 caps each, he played Advent but with the style of a Vasari(ie small fast fleets). For some reason he loves the 3x Halcyon + 15 Aeria + 5 Iconus + 5 Domina fleet He calls them the Untouchables, but they're not as untouchable as my own

about any fleet with 50+ ships in it can waste away just about anything the AI can throw at you, but multiplayer, its all luck and numbers to win

Final showdown with the Immortal fleet vs the Advent at their capital. Three Radiances, two Raptures, two Halcyons, 80ish Disciples, a few dozen Aerias and Destras. Not a scratch on me, only a Kodiak managed to get below 50% hull strength. It was an awesome sight when the two gargantic fleets were just about to clash and out of nowhere, a giant effing blue-green ball of plasma flew exactly between the fleets, hit the planet and made it burn like the brightest star. It was quite cinematic

75 carriers with only 20 fighters.

If you micro-manage them to all target the same at a time, you'll see even a capital ship fall in 3 passes.

Best fleet ever?

Personally, I'd say the 30 sova carriers I built back in beta one.

For anything, I'd have to vote multi's 20000+ ships.

5 Kol Battleships (lvl 3,3,3,4,7)
1 Akkan Battlecruiser (lvl 6) (support)
1 Sova Carrier (lvl 5)
54 Kodiak Heavy Cruisers
7 Cielo Command Cruisers
10/15 Hoshiko Robotics Cruisers
8 Garda Flak Frigates

Weapons, shields, armor, hull, all maxed out or almost.

One single fleet made for the sole purpose of destroying one AI fleet, nothing more. My last engagement with said fleet is why i have all these low level caps.

-edit- oh and this is a multiplayer match with me and my friend on the same team vs 2 other AI's. He sent 34 Kodiak Heavy Cruisers to reinforce my fleet if need be. BIG AI fleet. -edit-
