Number one, your Ironclad account name is different from your Stardock one. Sadly, I've noticed the 1.03 update does eliminate these settings from the game. So if you don't remember your Ironclad username and password, you'll probably have to email Stardock and ask them to help you out.
Number two, I've noticed that every so often Stardock's websites show nothing for registrations if you try to view them via My Account - Registrations. I've personally opened a ticket with them on the issue, but so far they insist it's my browser (even though I've tried this on multiple browsers on multiple PCs). If you need your serials, just use Stardock Central (Tools - Lookup Serial Number) or the following link to have them emailed to you:
