Seriously though, Siddy is telling you the safest build order to kick off most Vasari multiplayer games.
The major stages of the Vasari game can be summarized as:
Stage 1:
Build Colonizer cap and ungodly number of assailants. Use scouts to take the neutral extractors. Take a couple choice worlds and maul your neighbor if you can.
Stage 2:
Try to survive.
Stage 3:
Returning Armada = Win
You might also just do a search in the strategy forum for the word "Vasari" and read all the posts for Vasari ships and tactics.
