Not in-game. You can change it in the entity file and they'll become attached to the other lab type and will appear in that section of the tech tree. But if you really want to there's nothing stopping you from putting techs that are currently in the combat tree into the civic tree
Ahh...i thought making the 'combatible' might make them of use as a weapon, against a target, lets say. Or the reverse, to take a combat item and make it 'non-combatible' to say nerf it.
But to be honest this is all above my head, ive got a little experience and sometimes i think i understand something when i dont. Anyway, thank you Annatar11, take care and keep modding.
