Advent mine bug

I'm wondering if anyone else is getting this bug.

I've built an Aerie Drone Host and set all three of it's squadrons to Homing Mines. This is good. Once the sqaudrons are fully built, I ordered them to deploy by clicking on the squadron, clicking the Deploy Mines order and clicking where in the gravity well I would like the mines to go. I get the green arrow, everything looks fine, save for one problem. The squadrons just sit there. If I mouse over them, I get the green arrow again, but nothing is happening. Any clues?

I can provide save files if necessary.

This beta is looking very very good, i haven't run across anything, very nice job!!

This is the best turn around time for issuse I've ever seen.  I wish the government was this quick.

Another bug with the Advent mines, that might already be fixed with your last corrections:

If you tell the mines to deploy right where they are, it sometimes deploys them, and sometimes tells you something like "There isn't enough room to build a Starbase here", when the only thing in the area are the mines themselves.
