They do repair over time. At 0.012 per second. Every minute and a half or so it gets one point of hull integrity back. Hope they didn't make that hull repair a bit fast, huh?

OK! yeah, I don't mind it the way it is. I wasn't sure weather it's supposed to be that way thats all.

One thing though, those construction frigates saved my ass in that battle. I was court short by a Vasari invasion. I had 3 heavy cruisers, light frigates and an Akkan. The Vasari had about 10 Skirmishers, a Marauder and an Evacuater and was slowly over coming my fleet, that I had been slowly reinfocing with cruiser carriers and a few Hoshicas.So I started flat out building planetry deffences - a repair station and half a doz. deffence platforms, which succeeded in driving  them off.

Another question I have is once a construction frigate is destroyed is it auto replaced or is it once they're destroyed thats it. I vagely remember building a construction frigate once but can't remember wether it was in a mod I'd been using a while back.

Ok! Thanks people. That pretty much explains why they don't need to be repaired.
