I'm in the same situation, the purchase receipt states we should get an e-mail with download instructions and the serial required, I haven't received mine and I'd guess the same goes for you. Transaction complete, money taken, but nothing sent in return. Might be a weekend thing, but they gave no indication that we would be charged but not be able to receive the game which is more than a tad annoying.

There was some issue with the store over saturday night/sunday morning that resulted in some orders not being processed immediately. Everything should be caught up as of sunday afternoon though, so if you are still missing anything please contact sales@stardock.com.
