Kanrak Assailants

Hello all, im fairly new to the game, just started two days ago, and this huge problem got on my way:

Kanrak Assailants: At some point of the game they just stopped moving and said, Sub-Ligh Engines Disabled, something like that, along with another type of craft i cant recall the model. Can anyone help me understand whats going on?

sounds like you got hit with an ability that stopped your ships dead in their tracks. It should wear off eventually.

If you are playing an older version of sins, the game used to have a bug were the "charged phase missiles" (or whatever it's ability is) got stuck on permanently, preventing these ships from moving. The other ship that got stuck was probably the Vasari flak (Sentinel).

yes, its the first version of the game and y, i had that missile thing activated indeed. i also have entrenchment, should i play that instead?

You should update, then play with Regular Sins until you get the hang of everything, then play entrenchment.

To update to the most recent version, you need to download and install Impulse (like Steam but perhaps better).  Note that you would also purchase the Entrenchment expansion over Impulse if you're interested in that.
