Still no response to my thread here. I gather the servers went out the day I set up my account, but it has been a week now and I still get the same problem. I sent a message to support, which promises a reply within 2 days, and still haven't received a reply.
I'm getting very disappointed service now. I can understand that I had trouble during a server crash. But to not get a reply from a stardock employee, either on the forums or THE customer support, I beginning to become upset. I would like some kind of reply or I may just get my money back for a product from an apparently failed system.
Any stardock employee: PLEASE RESPOND.
