im not for sure if it is just me but when i built a nova cannon as the loyalists with the i think its 25% research done. the cannons worked fine for the first few shots but then they didnt fire, had plenty of anti matter, they didnt have the ability when i clicked on it

My guess is that you accidentally scuttled or lost a Military Lab and lost the research. You need 8 for the Rebels and I think either 6 or 7 for the Loyalists.

 

That or it's a bug.

I wasn't able to send them an email.  Here is a minidump situation: 

This is the only situation in which a minidump occurs for me so far.  When I have a Titan selected, and I right click the abilities menu,  A mini-dump occurs.  I have not tried to make this happen with normal capital ships.

Did u wait for it to cooldown? When i first played Sins, i shot the cannon then just went away and i didn't know for a while that there was a cool-down i thought i just had to wait for it to get the antimatter back. Hope i helped.

But it Could be like InvalidSN said and your tech be up too the requirements.

It was the menu that you select the abilities that I right clicked.
