[bug] Mine control no longer works

So, since the update Mine control doesn't seem to work anymore. I have the tech and my drone hosts are running right over the mines and tripping them... I actually had a good chance to use the tech too

actually, it seems mines are immune to everything now. including sense mines....

Yeah I noticed this bug as well - Drone hosts with mine control don't convert the mines anymore.

Agreed, this bug is utterly frustrating when playing with players who spam mines

I am also experiencing this bug in the latest beta, mine control & sense mines doesn't function.

The AI seemed to figure out that I couldn't do anything about the mines & then proceed to build a crap ton of them. very irritating, because I can't do anything but fly through them & lose a bunch of ships....

Sorry all, this will be fixed in the next update. Reveal Mines is also busted, which makes dealing with mine fields pretty much impossible. You won't have to live with it much longer, tho.

Good! Because the AI keeps beating me when I attack their planets with their huge amounts of mines and like 20 capitol ships.

Definately noticed this bug as well.  You can't detect mines with scouts to destroy them (TEC and Advent), nor does the drone host's mine control work.
