Looking for this theme

I had window blinds installed before I had to clean up my hard-drive.. I was using this theme:

But I can't find it anywhere,,.. Think it was made by KoL but it's not on his profile.. Any help please?

Yes, it was made by Kol, but was banned and cannot be distributed anymore.
