Crash to desk top when load the U.P.

I just downloaded the newest update yesterday and everything wa going fine, I made a few modifications like a new polparty and a new Improvment and it was going fine but now when ever it needs to load the U.P. It CTD and I cant figure out why. Any help here?

Try taking the name field out of the political party definitions.  Just leave the header and displayname alone.

So it will say something like this:

//-------------------------------------------------------------
POLITICALPARTY    Federalists
//-------------------------------------------------------------
  ID              0
  Name            "Federalists"
  DisplayName     "Federalists"

 

Just remove the line labeled Name.

You may still need to start a new game though if this is the problem that I think it is.
